People often say ‘I am happy for my family’, but we no longer find much meaning from these words, as we did in the past. Even though many families are now separated into nuclear families, ‘family’ has its root in the large family structure. This drama is about a journey; the journey of a nuclear family changing back to a large family. Guest genn04 Posted November 2, 2008 Share Posted November 2, 2008 Jo Yeo Jung is a very promising actress...i love her...she is really really cute in "How Much Is Love" w/ Kim Ji Hoon. when more info comes out pls update cause it seems very interesting cause these three main lead are not very well known and this is what i been waiting for...i am just to tired watching same cast all the time. Me three I'm looking forward to this new drama^.^ Me four... It's interesting that we, who have been so involved with YAMD, are so disappointed with that drama. I'm thinking that "The Road Home" will be much better. I enjoyed the two series I've seen, Single Dad in Love (KBS2, 2008) and By Land and Sky (KBS1, 2007) , that were directed by Moon Bo Hyun. ahoxan Posted November 13, 2008 Share Posted November 13, 2008 KBS GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT NEWS Yoon Sang-hyun and Cho Yeo-jung to Star in New Drama Yoon Sang-hyun and Cho Yeo-jung will star in the KBS 1TV daily drama “The Road Home.” The new drama is slated to air next January when the drama “You are My Destiny” comes to an end. “The Road Home” will portray love and conflicts between family members running a general hospital. Producer Moon Bo-hyun, who helmed the KBS 1 TV daily dramas “As Much as Heaven and Earth” and “Single Papa's Passionate Love,” will team up with writer Gem-rim, who wrote the dramas “Eun-shil,” “When I Miss You” and “Blue Mist.” Yoon, who played a comedic character in the sitcom “The secret of CooCoo Island,” will take on the role of Yoo Min-soo, the eldest son of the hospital’s CEO. Cho will play Yoo’s wife Jang Mi-ryeong, who bears a child out of wedlock but raises it with maternal love. Lee Sang-woo, who played Goo Se-ju in the drama “The Five Wives Club,” will also appear as the younger brother of Yoon. The official press release says "The Road Home" is 100+ episodes.... I expect it will be around 160+ episodes like most KBS daily evening dramas on KBS1. The last KBS1 daily drama with less than 160 episodes is "To Be With You" in 2002-2003, with 146 episodes. I'm still not really sure what this drama is about but it looks very interesting. i look forward to seeing what this is about and hoping for a better script after YAMD.
