    I made this cupcake bouquet.
It was suppose to be for Mother's Day, but my cousin recently passed away, so I am making this for him.
It makes sense, too, since they are white roses, and he loved my baking.

Faye, for the mochi donut, do you think it'd be ok to make donut holes? Or how can I make it without the donut pan? :(
BTW, I love your stuff, they always make me so hungry :)

I guess if you don't have the pan, then you can adapt the drop cookie method but then it will be hard to keep the round shape without the mold. And even if you form the balls manually, because the batter has a muffin or cupcake-like consistency, they will flatten as they bake. You can still make donut holes with using a donut cutter and using all purpose flour. That is actually my next project- baked yeasted donuts. :-)

And thanks for the compliment :-)

    Tilapia Fillet Curry

i used tilapia fillets seasoned with a little salt and pepper; olive oil, ginger, onion,
curry powder, coconut milk, fresh thyme and Thai basil.

I lightly grilled the fillets just to have the grill marks before I finished cooking them
    in curry and coconut milk
