I came here to make one thread for them.But i cant make it because maybe i not have  many post. well, i'm really new in soompi. 

I'm loyal fans of FTTS.When I get know that Hwanhee will debut this group..I'm very exciting!!!.I already meet Insoo last year during Hwanhee concert "LOVE ONE"in Japan. Seyong also look  cute! Did you know that Seyong was former JYPE trainee.

I also have own fanpage for MYNAME..Don't hesitate to join our fanpage.

I really am excited for this group to debut.

I've been kind of cynical about idol groups lately (even those promoted by seasoned stars. I mean, Battle kind of went pfft! even with Shinhwa's backing, Andy's group Jumper is nowhere to be found, Tony Ahn has a lot of people in his company but there's no word of it... The only group promoted---Epik High--- boygroup that made it recently was Infinite).

That said, I really really really hope they do well. There's soo much saturation in the industry right now (more groups have debuted in the past couple of years that in.... forever in the kpop industry!) so it'll be tough I think. There's some pretty big names in this group though.

With Hwanhee backing them, I hope they'll have a good chance!!!

insoo = cross between junsu and beast's kikwang

junQ= yoochun

I agree with you about Seyong 100%, I also see Junsu in Insoo. junQ's eyes remind me of someone I can't quite place (one of the Supernova guys?), but his nose/lips remind me of SungYeol from Infinite.

yeah, I understand why raw talent takes the back burner though, they're "idols" and their intended audience are prepubescent teenage girls--who I guess people assume like that stuff anyway; I use to care about that a lot, but I feel more apathetic about the whole situation cause I understand that they ARE idols? if that makes sense, if I wanted real music kpop isn't necessarily where I would turn to; because honestly if people looked beyond the idol industry there are really good korean artists.

Seyong is really close to JYP artist since he was an ex JYP Trainee.

Another *high five* for you!!! I understand what you're saying. It strikes me as funny when a lot of people argue against kpop, in vast generalizations, as them being untalented. Especially with the MR trend lately, naysayers only seem to be getting more weight in their arguements. But, being an idol doesnt necessarily mean singing is the only thing that's being pushed.

And idol group is more of an all round entertainment group. There are lookers, singers, actors, models, gagmen, etc. Something for everyone

(and more happiness for the ent company )

^I'm not sure, I've been looking for one as well. I'm sure one will be up as soon as they debut though. It's odd, seeing as they've been around on shows already...

I'd take the initiative but it's too much of a time commitment (besides, i'm not even sure if I dig these boys yet. I KNOW I love Hwanhee haha)

Rookie Se Young of MYNAME reveals his network of JYP idol friends

Many of you may not have heard of MYNAME, a rookie group who has yet to make their debut in the industry. The members are slowly being introduced one by one, and recently, K-Pop fans got introduced to Se Young, a former trainee at JYP Entertainment.

Past photos of Se Young and his acquaintances at JYP have emerged online, and netizens got to see Se Young’s connections with 2PM‘s Taecyeon, Wooyoung, and Nichkhun, as well as miss A‘sSuzy.

Se Young was a trainee at JYP since 2007, during his middle school years. He went through three years of training, because of personal issues, Se Young was forced to drop out. In the end, he found he couldn’t give up his true dream of being a singer, and so he re-pursued his dream through Hyun Agency, eventually being recruited into the highly-anticipated new idol group, MYNAME.

Se Young still keeps in contact with the members of 2PM and 2AM, and they support each other with messages of encouragement.

Meanwhile, one of the last two members in MYNAME are to revealed next week. The group will debut sometime in October.

Lee Ji Hoon the singer? Maybe a bit. I think it's cool that he's darker skinned, especially because everyone is so obsessed with pretty pretty pale skin haha.

He kind of reminds me of Yoo Ah In in that aspect.

Actually, he reminds me of the baseball players in Korean movies haha.

Those pictures are playing with our heads. Because, and you've said this before, they look really different. I think Insu is the only one that looks like his picture.

Starting from the month of July, H2 Media has been gradually releasing pictures of their new 5-member group through Twitter. With 3 members revealed previously, they have finally released the pictures of the last 2 members of the group.

The group, who used to be known as Hwanhee’s Boys, will debut under the name of MYNAMEsometime in October.

The members consist of Seyong, Insoo, JoonQ, Chaejin, and Gunwoo, whose birth years range from 1995 to 1988.

The first revealed member, Seyong, is known to be a rapper and a skilled dancer whose rap has been featured in Hwanhee’s “Love You Love You”, and served as Hwanhee’s dancer for “I Feel Like I’m Going to Die”. He has also been in the spotlight recently for having been friends with JYP idol group members.

The second member Insoo (1988) is rumored to be a talented dancer and choreographer, who possess powerful vocals and boasting a height of 6′ (180 cm). He has also been under the spotlight for having similar features as JYJ‘s Junsu.

The third Member JoonQ (1993) also standing at 6′ (180 cm) tall is a powerful rapper and has been called Lee Seung Gi‘s doppleganger.

The last two members revealed, Chaejin and Gunwoo, give off complete opposite vibes. Chaejin (1995) has that cute, innocent charm which suits his maknae image. He is a sub-vocalist in the group.

Gunwoo, being the leader, exhibits a much stronger, charismatic image in contrast to Chaejin’s softer image. He will be the main vocalist of the group.

H2 Media stated, “A spectacular performance and song has been prepared that incorporates the strengths and charms unique to MYNAME. As the debut date approaches, the members have been practicing hard… They aim to become the most anticipated rookie group of 2011.”
