Is John Park being put under the spotlight for his large Easter Island-esque head once more?

John Park previously earned attention for his huge head size next to CulTwo members and actor Ju Jin Mo. Now, a picture he took with girl group T-ara has been earning the interest of netizens after he made an appearance on “T-ara Dream Girls” to act as the group’s English instructor.

After hearing of John Park’s appearance on the show, the T-ara members attempted to hide their surprise while stating, “John Park?! Jackpot!! It’s so amazing seeing one of the most popular men!” John Park responded, “I’m more amazed at being able to see T-ara. Are you really going to call me teacher?”

T-ara laughed while responding, “You’re the first to react so hilariously.” Member Soyeon complimented him by adding, “His physical appearance is so gentle and clean, but he laughs so rough. It’s very charismatic.”

John Park to debut with “I’m Your Man”

“Superstar K2” contestant John Park will be releasing his first digital single album on December 17th.

His debut track, “I’m Your Man,” is a contemporary pop song produced personally by Park Seon Ju. The song features absolutely no auto-tune and was arranged by Gina, who majored in jazz at New York University.

John Park commented, “‘I’m Your Man’ is the best present I could ever receive as the debut track of my dreams. I have a lot of love for the song and it makes me want to do my best. I’ll make sure that this song becomes precious not only to me, but to everyone else as well.”

A representative of the song’s production company further revealed, “Producer Park Seon Ju had watched over John Park ever since his ‘Superstar K2′ days and personally wanted to work with him. The song brings out John Park’s romantic voice and allows the public to get closer with the jazz genre. Listeners will be able to hear just why he was able to break through so much competition and stand where he is today.”

Recently, it was revealed that “Superstar K2’s” John Park would be debuting with a digital single titled, ”I’m Your Man.” Well, the single has finally been released!

Produced by Park Seon Ju, the song contains zero auto-tune; it’s infused with jazz and R&B elements that are perfect for showcasing John Park’s rich vocals.

MV revealed for Huh Gak and John Park’s duet, “My Best”!

Earlier, we had reported that the winner and runner-up of “Superstar K2,” Huh Gak and John Park, collaborated on a duet track for the upcoming movie, “Glove“.

Titled, “My Best“, the MV teaser featured cuts from the movie, as well as interview clips of the two men giving advice on staying true to your dreams.

The full MV has finally been unveiled, and as the teaser promised, the video delivered a combination of clips from the movie and from the recording studio.

I was a fan of his while he was on American Idol. Its funny, but during his performances, I thought to myself "He would be a huge star in Korea." That was back before I even knew he was Korean! I'm so glad hes found sucess in Korea!

John Park narrows down final four agencies to sign with

Singer John Park has nearly reached his decision on which management agency to sign on with.

The ‘Top 11′ contestants from Mnet’s “Superstar K2” have been attracting courting calls from various agencies ever since their appearance on the show; out of the 11, much focus has been put on John Park’s decision.

Representatives of the singer stated, “There are a total of 21 agencies that have offered to sign him. Out of the 21, he’s narrowed down his decision to about four.” The four were revealed to be KeyEast, Namoo Actors, Music Farm, and TN Entertainment.

KeyEast is home to stars like Bae Yong Joon, Kim Hyun Joong, and Hwanhee, while Namoo Actors is home to Moon Geun Young and Shin Se Kyung. Music Farm houses artists like Lee Juk and Cherry Filter, while TN Entertainment has Park Jung Hyun.

John Park will be continuing his discussions with the four entertainment agencies, and announce his decision next week.

Superstar K2 finalist CF MVs for Samsung Galaxy Tab released

The four finalists of Superstar K2 recently joined forces with Samsung Galaxy Tab to release five CF music videos.

Samsung released four individual MVs for each of the finalists, along with a full CF MV with all CFs combined together.

The four singers also sang the CF songs in four different genres: Huh Gak sang a rock version, Kang Seung Yoon a dance version, John Park an R&B version, and Jang Jae In a Jazz version.

John Park’s fans donate to charity

John Park’s fans have been gathering a lot of attention for making a sizable donation to a charity.

Fans from the DC Inside John Park Gallery have recently built a library for the disabled in Seoul, called the ‘Hope Gallery‘. They donated 2657 books, 136 CDs, 113 DVDs as well as school supplies and daily necessities. They also personally donated approximately $6200 USD to the library for future use. The generous fans made it so that the disabled would be able to enjoy their cultural lives, and so they installed a home theater, a refrigerator, a piano, and computers.

‘Hope House‘ expressed their thanks to John Park’s fans by hostng a opening ceremony for the newly-built library, and gave them plaques to honor their charitable work.

A representative from the house said, “It has been 29 years since ‘Hope House’ has been established, but we haven’t been able to develop a space for the enjoyment of the disabled. We would like to express our deepest words of thanks for making such a happy place for our disabled family. Not only did we receive a library, but we received hope and courage as well. We have also received cards from Japan and calls from the U.S. We are really touched by John Park’s fans’ generous hearts“.

At this generous act by the fans, netizens commented, “Both John Park and the fans are heartwarming“, “This is so much better than giving celebrities expensive gifts. It’s more meaningful“.

John Park needs more time to decide on an agency

Back in January, we reported that “Superstar K2” finalist John Park narrowed down his agency choices. But it turns out that the talented singer still needs more time to decide on the right one.

On February 28th, John Park tweeted, “Until now, I never realized how many open choices I have. I will have to think and slowly understand the people and go ^^”

There were rumors of John Park joining either this agency or that, but they were all quickly dismissed by the star himself.

Through an interview with Mnet, John Park stated “I don’t know too much about agencies in Korea. I need to research more for a company that will allow me to freely express myself through music.”
