How do I reply to other people?

I don't see a reply button or is the quote bottom the reply botton? 

If you're wanting to address someone directly, just "@username" like you would a Facebook or Twitter post. It'll give them a little notification if you do (ex. @park_sujong) . Otherwise you'd just use the quote button to quote what they said.

There's a button that says reply to this topic.  All you gotta do is click on it...
