Becoming a doctor (paediatrician?) in an international hopsital in Seoul

I live in the UK and I was wondering at what stage could I move to Korea and get a job in an international hospital? I think I will do all three sciences and maths at A-Level then hopefully go to Cambridge or another uni if I don't get in, then I don't really know what to do...What sort of training would I need to do and which country would I do this in?
