[REQ] Poster: Please help!

Hi all! I know each and everyone of you are very talented in your own ways If anyone would be willing to make some sort of poster that I can print to frame for a gift I would APPRECIATE it more than anything.
My best friend's grandparents both recently passed and if someone could make something out of each of their picture together, it would mean the world to his face as he was raised by them and without his mother.

Here are the two photos : 1 of them each. You can do anything and choose any style! I am not picky nor worried at all.
