buckwheat01
I have just recently noticed that when I click on some of the YouTube official channels (I think KBS and SBS and MBC?) I have gotten messages that support will end on December 1, 2014 -- in about a week. What does this all mean? Are they going to stop uploading to YouTube? Will they be removing everything that they have already posted? Why?
Orion
According to the messages they post within their videos, support will end only for people within Korea. Those who have been seeing the videos so far elsewhere will keep seeing them.At least that is what SBS and MBC say, as well as CJ E&M for their own channels (tvN and OCN being the major ones). buckwheat01
Well, nothing got removed because of this, and there is still new stuff being posted for people outside South Korea. But if the YouTube is stopping some of the postings from being viewed in South Korea, then I think that over time, fewer South Koreans will drop in to comment on the stuff that is posted. That is a pity because we are naturally interested in what people in the home country say about the various clips.
