What's the best Western or Asian organic/natural shampoo and conditioner?

Ones that are maybe sulfate and silicon free or that do more good than harm in the long run?

Lush, their prods are handmade.Wen, especially the cleansing conditioner.

I am not exactly sure if it is sulphate free, but Organix has a wonderful shampoo and conditioner, as well as leave in treatment oils and creams that you will ever need for your hair. There are many flavours to pick from, such as argan oil, cherry blossom, mint, etc.
My favourite has got to be the argan oil, it smells great and works wonders for my hair - giving it shine, as well as de-tangling those naughty hair ends!
