Eat vegetables and fruits especially when you are having training in boxing, and when you are doing some training in GYM. I'm having my Boxing training . and its really help me a lot.. don't forget to drink 8 or more glasses of water before and after doing your training.If you have problem in your heart try to ask from a doctor or health specialist ..so that you can prepare yourself in training.. don't forget to pray before doing all those things ,so that you can have a good result..

if u loose enough fat, muscles will show... so for appearances diet is probably the most improtant thing.
if ur boxing, weaving works ur abs pretty hard. push ups and pull ups also are good for ur abs. crunches and leg lifts are probably best. muscle wise.
i personally take in water after each rep even if its just a little bit.
