@sia3 - although I do the fashion show - your guessing games are way too hard for me hahaha ) It's lucky attire No.2 with the black vest in episode 20 but I'm not sure if it is the scene where's CY is asking about the king and queen or after he got told off my ES after his fight against the assassin. Hahaha ) I have the same answer as @Maja LOL )

I cannot find much from the website. It must be a post for a warrior/soldier during the ancient times.
But I can give you the information of what my Chinese subtitles translate it to from the Korean subtitle they put on the screen.

I will do it in Romanized Korean name and the Chinese characters.

Do （都）Sun （巡）Hwi （尉）sa （使）
i.e. Dosun Hwisa = 都巡尉使 (pinyin into Mandarin Chinese: Du Xun Wei Shi)
高麗後期的官職 = An official (or a position) during the later stage of Goryeo period
危機時刻統帥軍隊的職責 = Responsible of commanding the armed forces at the time of a crisis

I'll break it down which word is what if you are interested:
高麗 = Goryeo
後期 = Later stage
官職 = official / position
危機時刻 = time of crisis
統帥 = commander in chief
軍隊 = armed forces
職責 = duty / duties / responsibilities

As for Hugun/Hogun （護軍）or dahugun （大護軍）:
According to Wikipedia Chinese, it is the title of the ancient Chinese senior military officer (中國古代的高級軍事長官的官名)
- In charge of the imperial guards (掌管禁軍)
- In charge and host selection of military officials (主持選拔武官)
- In charge of supervision and manage/control over various generals (監督管制諸武將)

I'd say Dahogun is higher than Hogun.
