Well, the two phrases don't link up in any sensible way at all unless it's some sort of proverb that the Taiwanese use that I'm not familiar with. a literal translation would be "It doesn't matter if you're at the doorway, because the doorway can be brought here", and unless a person is leaving but someone else is preventing them from leaving by moving the doorway then there's probably a more colloquial way to translate it.
