any average person can train for 3 months or so and acquire the physical strength. not really that hard if someone stays consistent.

aerobic is harder for me even though im quite skinny. i just dont focus much on that. but 3 months of aerobic training is very possible to be as fit as a navy seal.
i try to focus on my strength goals, then move to endurance and then maintain.
