Put your ponytail through that, pull your hair around it and tuck it in. You can make these bad boys of out old socks too.

Just a suggestion,

if you have fine hair but want to be able to replicate these styles, I suggest you curl your hair or make it wavy first. It gives your hair more volume and makes it look thicker so when you style your hair it doesn't look limp.
