For some odd reason I can't play Youtube videos when I'm on Google Chrome. But if I change to Internet Explore the video would play perfectly. But once I'm on Google Chrome it just show this black screen, The play/pause, volume and fullscreen button doesn't even show up. I tried everything from un-installing the Adobe Flash Player and then re-installing it again but still it won't work when I'm on the Google Chrome. Anyone can help me solve this problem??

Here how's it look when I'm on Google Chrome:

Have you tried emptying Google Chrome's browsing history which you can learn how to do at http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95537 ?

Sometimes when I'm having problems with Google Chrome, I just empty the browsing history and it works again.

You can also try to update to the latest version of Chrome by downloading it at http://www.google.com/chrome/ .

that just temporarily solves the problem. If you want to get rid of it permanently, right click a youtube video, go to settings, and under display, uncheck the "enable hardware acceleration" box.

But, wouldn't disabling hardware acceleration make Adobe Flash Player run flash video slower, and not as high quality especially in HD or Full screen mode as having hardware acceleration enabled since Adobe Flash player will no longer use your video card to accelerate flash video playback in Adobe Flash player when video is playing ?

I just use CCleaner which I download from http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER to empty all web browsers temporary files and browsing history once a week or more to keep my web browsers running well by getting rid of junk temporary files which I do not need anymore.

No idea. I had a problem a couple months ago with youtube where the sound would just play without any video, searched for an answer and turning off acceleration was the solution at the time. Maybe Adobe fixed the problem now. But regarding the video, I had no problems watching videos in non-hd mode with acceleration off (I rarely watched videos in HD because of bandwidth).

I tried everything - new flash, disabling acceleration, changing pixels, talking to Apple - finally downloaded Google HTML5 Extension and it worked instantly.  You have to click on the "5" beneath the video.  Good luck.
