Uee sounds rather weird as a name. i prefer her real name....

and me thinks binnie is going to be darn happy with yoojin making her debut since binnie is so busy with wg activities, not having much time to hang out with friends, leaving backstages as one of the few ways to keep up with them....what more a bff whom she was supposed to debut with? lol

Maybe because her company wanted a unique name for her. Just my guess. lol. Actually, there's a Korean Football Player, ballerina and film director whose name is Kim Yoo Jin.

and 유이 is pronounced as Yui, same as UEE ^^ It's pretty nice actually.

I feel like her company was trying to distinguish her name from other celebrities. There's already a Yui and Yoojin in the entertainment scene, so maybe they wanted to try something new with Uee.

I feel stupid, I thought it pronounced like "Ooh-eee" lol.

She's cute & tall. I think she'll fit well with the other five. ^^

coz if you romanize 유이, it's Yui. I think Yui is better than UEE but it's the company's decision so it's ok. :D

I'm glad Yoo Jin is debuting. She already gained a lot of attention when she went to Introducing Star's friend with Yoobin so I don't think she would have any problem getting the netizens to accept her as the new member.

She looks really pretty in the 2nd picture with the white hoodie but the rest don't look too good. I think she looks better in motion.
