I think it tastes like a some beef/pork chow mein covered in barbeque sauce. Well, that's what it looks like, hahaha. I'm hungry now .

Guest cherishminx
Hi! hmm, for the instant type, you can get it at any of the korean supermarts, Cathay Cineleisure, Square2, Burlington Sq.. etc. It tastes awesome! haha, or you can buy the black bean paste and cook it yourself. Thats what I do, just cook the sauce, add some veggies and mix with chinese noodles.

Guest LiLLe
i had it once, i couldnt even finish the bowl before it started tasting bleh :/ it definately does not taste like barbeque o.o it tastes sort of bland and the noodles are very chewy. To me it only looks good on tv haha, but wouldn't mind some again, just not alot because i get tired of it fast.

Guest asthua
Chapagetti is gross, don't get that instant stuff cause it's completely different-tasting than the real thing. It's like powdery and nasty. JJM tastes like how you'd expect it to taste.. sweet and salty black bean sauce... but more sweet than it is salty. Don't like it much anyway. Doesn't taste like black bean to me at all.
Guest xdeathberry
^ lol chapagetti's not supposed to be powdery. O__o;; jjajjangmyun is actually Chinese, I think? zzazzangmyun. or whatever. yeah, basically, meat + tons of vegetables + black bean sauce + noodles. Not exactly like.. candy sweet, but sweet.
