the new trend in Korea these days

Hmm, I'm not sure if "Nail Gradation" is correct in English

but in korean it's 그라데이션

I recently went to Korea and I saw many people who had done it

&& I thought it was so pretty (:

Also, at Etude House and other places, they were selling those nail art stamping kits but they were expensive so I didn't get it T_T

but when I got home, I tried the gradation myself as I had learned in Korea and here is the final product! (:

What do you think?

It was my first try so it's probably not as great as it could be -0-

SORRY! the pictures are blurry! I tried my best to get good quality ):

I think it's gradiation.. Gradient.?

It looks so easy, but it's actually so hard!

The results look really nice with glitter nail polish though, imo!

Nail gradation has been popular in Japan since like, forever. (It's not gradiation, but I used to think that too.) Except the Japanese girls are always putting jewels, charms, and all this fancy stuff on their nails. 8D

gradation has been pretty popular for a while in nail art. i think i posted this a while back in the nail thread, but here goes.

the color was more of a baby/rosy pink. it seems a bit peachy here. excuse my untamed cuticles :sweatingbullets:

it reminds me of that traditional korean myth thing

where if you wrap the flower petal on to your nails and if all of them stay on until the first snow,

you would find your first love

it kinda looks like it XD

I said that I was going to try this out and I have not but I am still planning on trying it out... I really like the concept of it... It totally brings out your nail and it makes it so pretty.
