Man there must be a lot of things you can use to whiten skin, isn't there? LOL crazy.

Regardless, I'll try it. So basically you just use water that rice has been in? Nothing else to it??

personally, i've tried it, and all it does is put the starch over your skin... and since rice is white, the leftover starch on your face is white... i don't htink it does anything.

Yes, I've tried it and I've seen results but you need to do it daily. It takes time and patience so it's kind of frustrating at first not to see the results, but at the end it's worth it.

Remember though, it depends on the person too because we don't all have the same skin.

For example, (I don't know if it may be a comparison but still) some people say Proactive works for them and some people say their skin got worse.

She once told me to boil rice and have the rice steam in your face or something. BLAH

I doubt it works. I wash rice every other day, and my hands are no lighter from the rest of my body lol.

Yup, I've been using it every other day for 2-3 weeks now. You actually use the first rinse of rice water when rinsing the rice. It has been smoothing out my skin and a little lighter, nothing dramatic of course. My father even used it when he was in his teens and never had a single pimple all his life. It's overall great for your skin.
