Guest jason4419
How is it even possible that this character exists?Even caucasians are saying it's racist. The Guradian, a prominent British news site says "It's so racist it's baffling."http://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/shortcuts/2012/may/02/2-broke-girls-racist-bafflingI'm baffled too. I'm also baffled as to how Asians can just sit there and accept it.
Guest jason4419
Wow. I'm shocked no other Asians are bothered by this character.I guess Asians will continue to stay quiet and get taken advantage of and bullied in society. Sad.
Guest Castler
The fact that the show exists is an offence. But don't worry in five years they'll show Asians in more than one dimension.
Guest emywa
I believe in non-censorship & that comedy can go where it pleases. That means comedy can be offensive & racist, which this is. I wish King would just admit "Yeah, I used cheap racist comedy because I personally find it funny" so that awful show could just get cancelled. I've been watching a lot of Seinfeld lately & actually the show does involve a lot of jokes/plot around characters' ethnicities which kind of shocked me in this PC current world. But somehow Seinfeld gracefully balances & presents its jokes so it's never just a cheap dig at one stereotype. Something hard to do. Obv. King can't do that, which is why he should never try or just say "Yeah, I'm a hack."
