Rathbone was on board a JetBlue flight, which landed in Long Beach, CA after suffering engine malfunctions.


The flight, carrying 142 passengers, had to make an emergency landing after one of the plane's two engines failed, according to local reports.
Rathbone was on the flight - which was headed to Austin, Texas - with his wife Sheila Hafsadi and their 2-year-old son Monroe.
The flight was immediately turned around to make its way back to California.
Following the plane's emergency landing, passengers were evacuated using an inflatable slide.
Rathbone later tweeted: "We're safe. I'm grateful."
JetBlue said in an official statement following the emergency landing: "On September 18, the flight crew aboard flight 1416 reported an issue with the number two engine and returned to Long Beach Airport... The aircraft has moved from the impacted runway, and flights will be resuming from runway 12/30. 
"An area crewmember has accompanied one customer who requested transport to an area hospital for observation. We're working with customers for re-accommodation on alternate flights."
