Do you wish social media websites never existed

I hear lots and lots of hate on facebook, twitter, tumblr, etc.These are made by people that usually say it "destroyed their social life" or realized their information was being shared or sold to 3rd parties.
Would your life be so much better if social media sites never existed?

My life would be less convenient but my friendships would be more solid.
Also, I would know who are my friends and who are my acquaintances.I have 202 friends on Facebook. How many of them call or text me personally? 3-4.

why do you think so....??? social sites are too good.... I love them all... specially to Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Plus, Instagram... etc

Kind of... social media sites have turned me into some weirdo that stalks friends and friends of friends and friends of friends of friends all day long ...

Social media sites are the only reason why people think I'm even remotely cool. Everyone else in real life has realized how lame I am.
