Kpop fans in Cambodia?

Hi all,
I just recently move to Phnom Penh, Cambodia for works. I'm a big Kpop fan. I always want to go to Kpop concerts or fan meeting where Korean actors, actress come to do promotion events.
Such kind of events happen quite often in Vietnam, i notice such events through media, internet forum, facebook, magazines, tv or my Vietnamese friends who are Kpop lovers
But in cambodia, I dont know the language, and i don't have Khmer friends who is Kpop fans... so it's hard for me to know who is coming... 
Does anyone here live in Phnom Penh, Cambodia? Do you guys know any Kpop star or Korean actor, actress coming to Cambodia this year?
