What do you bring for lunch to work/school?

I work full time at a company that is located in a quiet area with no surrounding restaurants or businesses (I'd have to drive to get anything) so I bring my lunch everyday. However, it's getting really repetitive with my personal menu. I also would need to bring something that can only be microwaved (unless it's a salad).

Here are some of the things that I usually bring:
salads from Trader Joe's
frozen pizza (already baked and just microwave to warm up)
tuna or ham sandwiches with a bag of chips
noodles... all kinds of noodles
fried rice
pasta/ravioli
quiche

What do you guys prepare for lunch? Care to share any recipes? Feel free to repeat anything above with your own variation of recipes!
Thanks :)

At work, I bring anything Lean Cuisine and just pop it in the microwave, soup that I made at home, or leftovers from dinner. In the morning before work, I try to make an omelet or egg sandwich and bring that to work. We have a food cart outside so I some times get a sandwich.

During the summer when I had summer classes and I commuted, I made veggie burgers in the morning and saved them for lunch.

Nothing. I starve.

Joking

At work i didnt bring lunch cause break was only 15 minutes and forcing myself to eat quickly in a short amount of time isnt good for me.

At school sometimes i pack bouchon sandwiches. My sister works there and brings home alot of leftover unsold sandwiches.theyre really realy good.

Tuna sandwich, ham and swiss sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, and my all time fav turkey with honey mustard. I forgot the proper name for it.

Sometimes i dont bring lunch because my day is short or i plan to buy

One of my cheap faves:
Zatarain's Gumbo (1 box)Hilshire Farm Smoked Sausage (1 lb)Approx. 8 oz dry pasta
Cook the gumbo, using the sausage as the meat. Separately cook the pasta and drain.
In a tupperware for your lunch, put the pasta first then top with gumbo.
Basically the gumbo itself tends to be pretty salty, so you can balance the flavor with plain pasta. If I make this on Sunday, I can fill up about 4 separate tupperware containers for lunch, and have something to each Mon-Thurs. I tend to go out for lunch on Friday as a end-of-week celebration.

I usually just bring whatever I made for dinner the night before. Other times I make a sandwich and bring a piece a fruit. Lean pockets were also convenient when I'm super lazy.

Ever since I was a student, I have always been bringing leftover dinner from the previous day. Now that I work, I do the same and I sometimes even bring snacks since I work 12 hour shifts and even though there are restaurants nearby, it requires taking the car and our breaks are only an hour. It is not like we have a standard break time since we take turns, so we do not want to end up running late and letting the person go late. I never leave without food since hospital food is expensive and really, they are not that great lol
