- ISJ is a shy and silent girl in real life, so she always seems cool. She has a younger brother, but they few talk to each other. It's said that Soo Jung finds it very difficult to communicate with her brother, so they're always quiet in the family. Soo Jung have said that she wished to have a sister who can chat away with her in the family, even quarreling with each other will be an exciting thing.

- She is a normal schoolgirl when she was young, she rarely talk. Her best friends are all who studied with her in junior school

- She finds it difficult to communicate well with each other because she's shy but she said that, after filming "I'm sorry, I love you", she is better at communicating. She talked and chatted comfortably during filming MISA.

- She like her lips most in her face, and doesn't like her forehead

- Im Soo Jung is good at playing piano and dancing. She danced well in the drama School 4 (a KBS drama in 2001,which is her first acting),very graceful!

- Yoga is ISJ's most favourite sport

- Im Soo Jung was named by her grandfather in her father's side, it means " Crystal" in Korean. He hope that ISJ will become a talented and pretty girl

- When ISJ was in high school, she played in a play and that moment made her think about being an actress

- In 1998, Im Soo Jung joint Ceci Model Contest and she got a prize, since then she became a Magazine Model, she also casted in several movies but she was unsuccesful, her friends often tease her , she was very sad but it made her maturer

- Her first drama School IV gave her chance to act and she succeed.
